Tus tareas
Working alongside a lean and high-performing team, the Junior Marketing & Communications Specialist will report directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager.

Your mission will be to support the implementation of CT’s brand at both corporate level and across the Office, Living and Logistics verticals, helping ensure consistency and clarity across all communication touchpoints.
Your primary focus will be the preparation and coordination of marketing materials, contributing to both corporate positioning and individual projects. In parallel, you will support the day-to-day execution of CT’s corporate social media channels and assist in the supervision of product-level channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand narrative.
In detail, you will work on:

Brand Implementation
  • Apply CT’s brand guidelines across marketing materials and project communications.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across corporate and vertical channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and providers when required.

 Marketing Materials
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and factsheets, in line with CT’s brand standards.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading corporate and project-related marketing documents.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and campaign coordination.

 Corporate Communications
  • Support the preparation of corporate presentations and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the drafting of press releases.
  • Contribute to award submissions and corporate storytelling initiatives.
  • Execute day-to-day content on CT’s corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare press clippings.

 Market & Positioning
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and basic market research to support positioning strategies.
¿Eres tú la persona que buscamos?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within real estate, investment, or corporate environments.
  • Experience managing and planning social media content, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and structured content planning.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
